Pet Care Specialist

Outstanding care for the pups in our care as well as our customers is what we are all about. Our Pet Care Technicians receive the best training and education in the industry. Whether you have worked in pet care in the past, or are just trying to get your foot in the door, we are here to teach you all about the pet care world. Responsibilities include feeding, monitoring the pets, ensuring safe play and offering excellent customer service to both humans and their pets.

Front Desk Receptionist

The outstanding customer experience at Paws Pet Resort & Spa begins with our receptionists. This front desk position directly communicates with clients and their pets. The goal is to make all our guests (human and pet) feel right at home the moment they walk in the door. Receptionist responsibilities include greeting customers and their pets, check ins and check outs, answering phones and more.

Reservation Specialist

By answering client calls, Reservation Specialists provide the information and details pet parents need to customize their pet's perfect stay at Paws Pet Resort & Spa.  Must have excellent communication skills, phone manners, and a drive for results.
